This building is an example of new construction uses Rammed Earth building
techniques. The structure was constructed in the mid 1990's and ELT &
Associates served as the engineer of record for the project.
This custom built one story residence features rammed earth walls that
support a wood framed roof. The building has a foot print that covers
approximately 2700 square feet.
